1.This double glass making machine could process low-E glass and coated glass.

2. Automatic control function for Low-E glass and automatic adjust function for pressing with hydraulic compression. Tilting table with hydraulic pressure.

3.The machine is composed of vertical glass inspection transporter, vertical automatic glass scavenging dehydrator, vertical automatic aluminum frame locating machine, vertical glass flat pressing, vertical glass reversible tranporter, binding machine, butyl extruder machine, bicomponent rubber-beating machine, moleclar sieve bottler, and rotaiy rubber-spreading machine. 

4.The production line is composed with PLC programs and has adopted advacned Austrian technology and flat press mode which is quite popular in the world in the prodction of hollow glass. 5.The automatic flat press machine has a unique designation of two boxes(the box in the front is extracted to a vacuum state and the box in the back is responsible for providing driving momentum with floating air) to enable the two pieces of glass binding into one time.
